Upfront Payment
I agree to pay the full cost of my session(s) prior to my appointment. Payment is required to secure my booking.
Payment Methods
I understand that payments are processed via secure online payment platforms, and I will receive a confirmation email once my payment has been successfully processed.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
I agree to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if I need to reschedule or cancel a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being charged in full.
Refunds
Refunds are not available for change of mind. However, if I need to reschedule due to illness or an emergency, my payment can be credited towards a future session (within 3 months of the original booking).
Confidentiality & Privacy
I understand that all personal and financial information I provide will be kept confidential in line with Australian Privacy Laws and will only be used to support my participation in TILLOW Coaching & Consulting services.
Coaching/Education Services
I acknowledge that TILLOW provides financial education and mentoring, not financial advice or counselling services regulated under AFSL. I am responsible for any financial decisions I make based on the information provided.
